Changes & Cancellations

1. Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time and are subject to vehicle availability.
2. A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
3. If the renter cancels the reservation or is unable to travel, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. Instead, the deposit will be converted into a Buja Rides rental credit valid for three (3) months from the original reservation date.
4. The rental credit may be used only by the original renter unless Buja Rides approves a transfer in writing.
5. If the renter fails to appear for the scheduled pickup or does not notify Buja Rides in advance (“no-show”), the reservation deposit will be forfeited and no rental credit will be issued.
6. The $100 refundable security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in accordance with this Agreement, less any deductions for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, traffic fines, tolls, fuel shortages, late return fees, or other charges incurred during the rental.
7. Buja Rides reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, the renter may choose either a full refund of any amounts paid or apply those amounts as a credit toward a future rental.
